Subject: [PATCH] Add support for CPU cache specification

This patch introduces

    <cache level='N' mode='emulate'/>
    <cache mode='passthrough'/>
    <cache mode='disable'/>

sub element of /domain/cpu. Currently only a single <cache> element is
allowed.
