Subject: [PATCH] virtinst: cli: fix ParserBoot to return the parsed object

This fixes virt-xml to return an XML for command:

    virt-xml --build-xml --boot os_type=hvm

The VirtCLIParser.parse() expects the _parse() method to return
the parsed object.
