Patch 7.4.716
Problem: When using the 'c' flag of ":substitute" and selecting "a" or "l"
at the prompt the flags are not remembered for ":&&". (Ingo
            Karkat)
Solution: Save the flag values and restore them. (Hirohito Higashi)
