| Problem: Compiler warnings on SGI. Undefined XpmAllocColor (Charles |
| Campbell) |
| Solution: Add type casts. Init st_dev and st_ino separately. Don't use |
| type casts for vim_snprintf() when HAVE_STDARG_H is defined. |
| Define XpmAllocColor when needed. |
