- Don't use macros for commands
- Make the %%files list more explicit
- Use DESTDIR rather than PERL_INSTALL_ROOT
- Drop release testing (now more extensive and would fail anyway)
- Drop support for distributions older than EL-6 (test suite would need
patching for EL-5 anyway)
