Subject: [RHEL7.5 PATCH 165/169] Use correct syntax for passing DEVLINKS
 to mdadm from udev

 ${DEVLINKS}
is not valid udev syntax, and is passed through uninterpreted.
 $env{DEVLINKS}
or
  %e{DEVLINKS}
is correct.
