Subject: zgrep: add NEWS and tests for this exploitable bug
* tests/zgrep-abuse: New file, based on PoC by cleemy desu wayo.
* tests/Makefile.am (TESTS): Add it.
* NEWS: Mention the exploit.
The bug appears to have been present since the beginning.
