Subject: [PATCH 131/139] readdir-ahead: Add parallel-readdir option in
 readdir-ahead

parallel-readdir option is defined as belonging to readdir-ahead
in glusterd-volume-set.c, but was not defined in options of
readdir-ahead, fixing the same.
