commit 9795a1801eb1a4f3ae6346e32666d3d05f006115

Fall back to non-cached sequence traversal and comparison

strcoll currently falls back to alloca if malloc fails, resulting in a
possible stack overflow. This patch implements sequence traversal and
comparison without caching indeces and rules.
