Subject: [PATCH] abrt-auto-reporting: require rhtsupport.conf file only on
 RHEL

abrt-auto-reporting required the rhtsupport.conf on Fedora and CentOS but the conf
file do not exists in those systems.

Resolves abrt/abrt#957
