RHEL-7 note: the vnc_queue_init() hunk is missing from the downstream
patch because the buffer_init() call that the hunk removes only appeared
with upstream commit 543b95801f98 ("vnc: attach names to buffers",
2015-11-05), as part of v2.5.0.
