Add Spanish translation of
    `trunk/Scripts/Functions/Help/Texinfo/Templates/en_US/manual.conf' at
    `trunk/Scripts/Functions/Help/Texinfo/Templates/es_ES/manual.conf'.
    
        - These files contain exactly the same configuration stuff and are
          used in the same way. The only difference between them is the
          language used to write comments. One is in English and other in
          Spanish.
