Update directory structure related to script documentation.
    
    - Previously, there was one configuration file for each asciidoc file
      in the Manpages directory. Now, all configuration files were
      concatenated in a single file named render.conf.
    
    - Rename translation file from tcar.po to tcar.asciidoc.po. This is
      the convention set inside tcar-locale module.
