Add en_US locale to documentation about corporate identity.
    
    - Previously, English documentation was produced directly without any
      localization process between source files and final files. This
      update changes this behaviour and treats English language as any
      other language because we know there is American English and British
      English (among others) variations of English. So, they all can be
      supported.
