Set proper file equivalency for /bin, /sbin, and /usr/bin
    
    To comply with the "Unify bin and sbin" Fedora Change [1],
    file equivalency for the /bin, /sbin, and /usr/bin paths are
    set properly.
    This is the dist-git counterpart of the github commit
    "Alias /usr/sbin to /usr/bin and change all /usr/sbin paths to /usr/bin".
