- Fix description of deny_ptrace boolean
    - Remove allow for execmod lib_t for now
    - Allow quantum to connect to keystone port
    - Allow nova-console to talk with mysql over unix stream socket
    - Allow dirsrv to stream connect to uuidd
    - thumb_t needs to be able to create ~/.cache if it does not exist
    - virtd needs to be able to sys_ptrace when starting and stoping containers
