- Allow Postfix to deliver to Dovecot LMTP socket
    - Ignore bogus sys_module for lldpad
    - Allow chrony and gpsd to send dgrams, gpsd needs to write to the real time clock
    - systemd_logind_t sets the attributes on usb devices
    - Allow hddtemp_t to read etc_t files
    - Add permissivedomains module
    - Move all permissive domains calls to permissivedomain.te
    - Allow pegasis to send kill signals to other UIDs
