O-Subject: [RHEL-8.4.0 qemu-kvm PATCH v2 10/13] memory: Add IOMMUTLBEvent
Bugzilla: 1843852

RH-Acked-by: Peter Xu <peterx@redhat.com>
RH-Acked-by: Auger Eric <eric.auger@redhat.com>

This way we can tell between regular IOMMUTLBEntry (entry of IOMMU
hardware) and notifications.

In the notifications, we set explicitly if it is a MAPs or an UNMAP,
instead of trusting in entry permissions to differentiate them.
