Rebuild openvswitch2.13-2.13.0-79.5 in c8
    
    Last build of openvswitch2.13-2.13.0-79.5 was done
    in c8-stream, which is not working in c8 due to missing
    libmlx5.so.1(MLX5_1.15)(64bit) in c8.
    So we need to build for c8 and cross tag for c8s. Or
    build seperate nvr for both c8 and c8s.
