Subject: [PATCH 86/86] build: ignore %{sbindir}/conf.py* for RHEL-5

commit dca6f06 has introduced this file in a very wrong location
for a Python file. And rpmbuild is behaving very differently than
RHEL-6 as regards ignoring .pyc and .pyo files.
