    - clean up SPEC (/usr/share replaced with /usr/share, etc.)
    - fix the emacs-nox not to use the locale.alias in XFree86 (#18548)... copy
        it into /usr/share/emacs and patch the startup files to use it. Argh.
        (it had not finished at this japanese version yet.)
