Subject: [ABRT PATCH 65/66] cli: batch reporting in abrt-cli

Added option process (p) to the abrt-cli.
With option process abrt-cli goes through all problems one by one (when
parameter --since is not specified) and asks the user what action will be
executed.

Resolves #1066482
