Introduce a new macro _unique_debug_names that when set will pass --unique-debug-arch "%{_arch}" to find-debuginfo.sh to create debuginfo files which end in "--..debug" instead of simply ".debug". Adds testcases for dwz and buildid with and without unique debug file names.
