fix: 🐛 overwrite theme to support content at home layout
    
    The current theme was archived a time ago
    (https://gitlab.com/areguera/jekyll-theme-centos) and no more gems are
    being produced for it. The way we have to fix current theme problems
    is overwriting the theme definition in the project itself. Now, the
    theme development is happening at
