Patch 7.4.001
1fa1ff
Problem:    Character classes such as [a-z] to not react to 'ignorecase'.
1fa1ff
	    Breaks man page highlighting. (Mario Grgic)
1fa1ff
Solution:   Add separate items for classes that react to 'ignorecase'.  Clean
1fa1ff
	    up logic handling character classes.  Add more tests.
