Replace rdo-trunk-ussuri-tested by component based promoted repos
    
    Since Ussuri, RDO Trunk repo is not longer a monolitic repo but a set of
    per-component repositories, so the tested repo is not a single repo but
    one for each component.
    
    This commit is replacing the old promoted repos by one for each
    component with name rdo-trunk-ussuri-tested-component-<component name>.
