    - Aligns with changes to https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Legal:Export
    - Language covers multiple compliance needs
    - Updates to match current US regulations
    - ECCN needs can now go to https://www.redhat.com/en/about/export-control-product-matrix ; I'll be making https://wiki.centos.org/ECCN point there instead (with language, not redirect)
