Applied patch from Athmane:
    
    - Added webalizer test
    - Replaced echo/nc combo with curl for http based tests
    - Added vsftpd local user test
    - Fix SELinux issue with vsftpd local user test
    - Fix userdel in ssh user login test and vsftpd local user test to get
    correct perms of the user homedir.
    
    Also chmod 775 *.sh and *.py
