Update ipa/login-screen-background.jpg
    
    - Previously, it was difficult to read text because background image
      lines were too distracting. This update reduces the background image
      opacity to make lines less attractive, increase text contrast and
      so its readability on login screen.
    
    - The background image is now 2600x2000 to better fit on different
      screen resolutions.
