Add backgrounds directory structure
    
    - The backgrounds directory structure provides the information needed to
      rebuild the backgrounds directory inside the centos-logos package
      directory structure.  Here you find the desktop background images,
      the source files used to build them, and the configuration files the
      gnome-backgrounds application needs to show them.
