Currently this is serial, but it builds all architectures on separately arched VMs, pushes them to quay.io, and builds a multiarch manifest to push to the pullable location.
I looked at this and while I don't have previous experience with groovy the code seems to do what is needed and I tested the outputs and it seems to be good.
