I have done some strange builds for bind and dhcp and would like to use chain-build with side tag --target. But the issue is I want --rhel-target none at the same time.

I think it should be possible to use --rhel-target also from chain-build for all dependent builds. it is just wrapper for multiple build actions interleaved with wait-repo commands anyway, right?
