After updating to centpkg-0.6.7 and rpkg-1.65 centpkg is no longer working on RHEL7, or centos7.
$ centpkg clone tar Could not execute clone: SafeConfigParser instance has no attribute 'getitem'
$ centpkg new-sources libtracefs-1.3.1.tar.gz Could not execute new_sources: upload() got an unexpected keyword argument 'offline'

This should be fixed in centpkg 0.6.8 which is currently in epel-testing.
centpkg 0.6.8, which fixes this issue is in stable.
