Could board endorse adding access to the mbox koji instance to CentOS SIGs? This would facilitate the transition to CentOS 8 Stream and emaining commitments for CentOS 8 with the ability to perform and test builds.
This seems like a question for the Infrastructure SIG, rather than for the board.
just echo'ing and extending what @rbowen said - what are the specific challenges to getting this access today ? are the mechanics in place ? is the question around policy or execution ?

The infra SIG met today to discuss this request. At this time we have limited network bandwidth to the environment and need to control access controls to that of the immediate build system and unable to grant this access. If you are looking for a place to download buildroot only packages, we are working on a solution and will announce it to centos-devel when it is available.
