This is a ticket to track the retirement of the Config Management SIG. I contacted the SIG using their FAS alias on February 5. Fabian Arrotin replied that the SIG is inactive and no longer needed. This mirrors his comment on issue #103. Per the process in issue #122, here are the next steps:

• I will email centos-devel announcing the retirement of of the Config Management SIG, and giving the wider community a chance to pick up the work. (Would the board like me to use socials or other channels?)

• If there is no interest, I will contact infra to remove the FAS group and archive any builds.
