Initial request from the Kmod SIG
Track what work is needed to be done to implement a solution and a timeline.
The Kmods SIG will continue building for Stream. Being able to produce artifacts for RHEL depends on this issue and they are working with bstinson for technical resolution. Ticket has been reassigned to Brian for visibility.

FYI: This issue has been solved by now in cooperation with @bstinson and @arrfab. The Kmods SIG is already providing packages for RHEL targets again. Thanks!
