put all package patches in here.

patch name should be :
<package name>.patch
or
<package name>.<arch>.patch
or
<package name>-<ver>-<arch>.patch
<package name>-<ver>-<rel>-<arch>.patch

the patch needs to be generated as a diff -uNr 
with SPECS/ and SOURCES/ in their own directories.
