Update directory structure for promotion design models.
    
    - Previously, design models related to promotion were stored in the
      root directory of the branch. This is inappropriate when the
      tcar-models-promotion branch is merged inside the tcar branch. In
      order to provide a better organization, this update moves design
      models related to promotion from branch root directory to
      Models/Promotion directory.
