Update centos-art.sh script.
    
    - Change TCAR_SCRIPT_VERSION variable from 0.4 to 0.5. This reflects
      the fact that centos-art.sh 0.5 will be release soon.
    
    - Start using The CentOS Artwork as copyright holder on centos-art.sh
      and centos-art.conf.sh files.
    
    - Remove documentation for render and prepare modules from
      Automation/Manuals directory. The render and prepare documentation
      files were already moved to their respective locations. The
      Manuals/render.conf file was updated to reflect this change.
    
    - Inside centos-art.sh file, the top comment boundaries were set to 72
      characters. This make tuneup module to eat all the information in
      the file looking for a 70 characters top comment boundary.  This
      update changes the centos-art.sh script to set 70 characters as top
      comment boundary so tuneup module don't eat the entire file.
    
    - Update synopsis section at centos-art.sh.asciidoc documentation
      manual. Remove module-specific synopsis. The one showing both --help
      and --version implies module-specific synopsis. So there is no need
      to have them duplicated.
