Move `trunk/Manuals/Tcar-fs' directory to
    `branches/Manuals/Texinfo/Tcar-fs' directory:
    
        - All documentation handled under `trunk/Manuals' must be written
          in DocBook format. DocBook is the default documentation system
          used inside The CentOS Artwork Repository so the one used in
          trunk.  Documentation manuals written in other formats must be
          stored under `branches/Manuals/${MANUAL_FORMAT}' directory.
