Update `locale_updateMessageXml.sh':
    
        - Don't validate svg files the same way you validate docbook
          files; Docbook files have a DOCTYPE definition while svg files
          don't. Without a DOCTYPE definition, it isn't possible for
          `xmllint' to validate the document.
