Remove Scripts/tcar_getLocalizationDir.sh
    
    - The Scripts/tcar_getLocalizationDir.sh file is no longer needed.
      The localization directory is always Locales and is placed in the
      directory of the component that will receive localization. Putting
      the directory there is a task that locale module already takes care
      about when you use the --update option.
