Remove files related to mantis-1.1.8-5.el5 visual style.
    
     - I found that using configuration variables it is possible to
       customize the application without modifying the packages files.
       This is very useful because it is possible to update the package
       without affecting the new visual customization. Otherwise, when
       packages are updated the customization will be replaced.
