Update `help_getEntries.sh':
    
        - Specify default value to MANUAL_DIRN array variable. Otherwise,
          when no manual name be provided, paths aren't build correctly.
    
        - Start using MANUAL_DOCENTRY_COUNT variable to identify the index
          value of array variables MANUAL_SLF and MANUAL_DIRN inside their
          default definition.
