Move verification of FILES variable from cli_getFilesList to
    cli_printActionPreamble:
    
        - When FILES verification is on cli_getFilesList, the output is
          correct but script flow doesn't ends with the exit command from
          cli_printMessage "$(caller)" 'AsToKnowMoreLine'.
