Update `trunk/Scripts/CentOS-Web':
    
        - Introduce first idea of `centos-web.cgi'. 
        
        - Used a modified version of stylesheets from
          `trunk/Identity/Webenv/Css'. 
    
        - Introduce first ideas related `Xhtml' module. The Xhtml module
          encapsulates XHTML definitions, based on files inside 
          `trunk/Identity/Webenv/App/Home' directory and provides the
          definition layer needed to automate construction of XHMTL
          documents dynamically through Python programming.
