Add trunk/Scripts/Functions/Prepare/Config:
    
        - Start using vimrc inside this directory as target location for
          ${HOME}/.vimrc through symbolic link connection. This way we
          provide a common way for all working copies to use the same
          convenctions when using Vim text editor.
