Update prepare_doLinks.sh:
    
        - Do not create links for theme-specific brushes, patterns and
          palettes. Only common brushes, patterns and palettes are linked
          when prepare functionality is executed.
    
        - theme-specific brushes, patterns and palettes deserve their own
          interfaces to manipulate listing, installation and deletion of
          related links.
    
        - Start using prepare_doLinksSuffixes function.
