Add verify_doEnvironment.sh file.
    
        - Add support to centos-art.sh verify `--environment' option.
    
    Remove centos-art.sh verify `--all' option. 
    
        - It doesn't work as expected.  If the first verification finds
          that there is nothing to do, centos-art.sh script exists script
          execution and next verification is not even called. Changing
          this may introduce changes to individual functionalities. At
          this moment the `--all' functionality seems not to be too
          necessary for me.  But if it turns necessary to you, please
          mention it and we'll see what can be done.
