Move up debugging line related to TCAR_MODULE_LIST.
    
    - Previously, when the tcar_checkFiles found the module provided as
      not matching the patterns in the list, it terminated the script
      execution before printing what the list of patterns was. This update
      moves up debugging line related to TCAR_MODULE_LIST in order to see
      what the list of patter is, before any tcar_checkFiles could abort
      the script execution.
